Returns
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase of Freedom of Movement products. If you are not completely satisfied we will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or credit refund.
- We offer 30 day returns/exchanges from date of delivery
- Returns can be logged in our returns portal here
- UK returns and exchanges are free of charge is downloading a label from our portal. You can also ship via your own preferred method if you would prefer.
- If you would like an exchange, you can download a pre-paid label from our portal.
- You will need your email address and order number (found on your confirmation email) to start a return
- If you can't find your order number, please get in touch at support@fombrand.com
- You have the option of requesting an exchange, refund or store credit
- For countries outside the UK, you will need to select your own shipping method to return your goods at your cost
- Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will inspect the item/s and issue the refund (for returns) or dispatch your new item (for exchanges)
- Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact as at the point of sale.
- The goods must be unused and undamaged
- All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging
- Freedom of Movement reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging
