Great shoes worst customer service
I would love to be able to give this company 5 stars, but the customer service massively let it down. Firstly heard nothing for over a week about shoes being shipped, finally managed to get hold of someone in customer service team and they told me that the colour I had ordered was actually out of stock and they would send a different colour. Responses were half arsed, barely apologetic and poor. Another week for the trainers to arrive after asking for next day delivery due to the mess around and wait i had already had.
